This exceptional show home from Master Builders Waters Homes is in the picturesque town of Belper in the Peak District. We were tasked with creating a striking yet welcoming show home, designed to inspire potential buyers and support the successful sale of the remaining 36 properties within the development.
Living and Dining Set the Tone
The main living and dining space set the tone with soft tailored upholstery, natural textures and statement monochrome pieces. The combination of the buttoned sofa, patterned occasional chair, bold artwork, black furniture and warm timber creates a look that feels upmarket but still comfortable and achievable.
A Sophisticated, Considered Palette
The overall scheme has a sophisticated, contemporary feel, using a calm neutral foundation of warm greys, soft taupes, creams and natural woods. Black detailing and metallic accents add definition and give the interiors a more luxurious, considered finish.
Three Bedrooms, Three Personalities
Across the bedrooms, the neutral foundation continues while individual accent colours give each room its own personality. Deep navy and blue create a calm, luxurious bedroom; black, stone and textured finishes introduce a more dramatic, boutique-hotel feel; while rich red, ochre and vibrant artwork bring energy and a slightly more youthful character to another room.
